Metrology Scanning for Quality Control of Cam-Screw mechanism

Project objective

Based on the point cloud of the existing design, our task was to design an accurate 3D model. This model was used to credibly print the object on a 3D printer at Fablab Fabricator (UNIT.City).

About the object

This part is a cam-screw mechanism for crank presses.
