Project objective

The aim of the work was to perform laser scanning and data processing for the subsequent design and modernization of the firing mechanism.

About the object

The second-generation roasting machine OK-1-306 with an area of 306 m2 and a capacity of 2.15 million tons of pellets per year was designed according to the improved thermal scheme. A roasting machine is a metallurgical unit for pellet production. Currently, roasting machines of conveyor type are in operation, as a rule.
