During the research work, architects need the characteristics of the area, because the location of many architectural monuments is subject to a specific topographical pattern. They need to know the exact measurements of heights, the location of cliffs, ravines, fords.

Challenge

Due to the terrain’s roughness, it is impossible to cover it at one glance, even from a height. Creating topographic plans takes a lot of time and money, and the maps quickly become outdated.
