Scanning buildings in the US since 2019. Every project is scanned by our own crew, and the person who answers the phone is the person who plans the visit.
I answer requests personally, within one business day. Send an address and a rough square footage and you get a fixed price and the earliest date we can be there — not a form letter asking for more details.
Every project is scanned by our own crew with our own scanner, and the drawings and the model are made in-house. Nothing is passed to a subcontractor, which is why I can tell you on the phone what will be on the sheets.

FARO Focus Premium
The scanner we take to every visit, with color from its own camera. FARO states its accuracy as ±1/8″ on the surfaces it can see: a spec of the scanner, not a tolerance for the drawings or the model.
FARO SCENE
Every scan position is registered into one cloud in FARO SCENE before anything is drawn or modeled.
Accuracy report with every set
The registration report from FARO SCENE, with residuals, ships with the drawings, the model and the cloud.
How we work
- Insured. A certificate of insurance goes to the building or the management company before the visit, naming them as required.
- Evenings and weekends on request, for occupied offices, restaurants and condo common areas.
- We send a fixed quote within one business day.
- Drawings and the Revit model are made by our in-house team, never subcontracted.
- One visit. If a dimension is needed later it is taken from the scan, not from a second appointment.
- If a drawing does not match the scan, it is corrected at no charge.
