Level of Detail defines how much of the building we model in Revit. LOD 200 is standard in every package, LOD 300 is available on request, and LOD 400 is quoted per project.

Final price is confirmed in writing before the site visit and does not change after.
The scanner records every surface, so a wall that is out of square or a ceiling that steps shows up on the drawing.
If a dimension is needed later, it is taken from the scan. No second appointment with the owner or the building.

No. We only need access. For condos we handle the building's vendor registration and elevator booking with the building management.
Yes. Furniture stays where it is. The scanner sees walls and ceilings above and behind it; anything hidden is noted on the drawing.
Yes. One scan, both deliverables — they are one service and are never quoted separately. The drawings arrive first, in 3–5 business days, and the Revit model follows in 7–10.
They are measured existing-conditions documents, not signed and sealed drawings. Your architect of record builds the permit set on top of them.
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and send a certificate of insurance to the building or management company before the visit, naming them as required.
Yes, on request. Occupied offices, restaurants and condo common areas are often scanned outside working hours; the slot is agreed with the quote.
DWG opens in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp and Vectorworks. RVT opens in Revit 2022 or newer. PDFs open anywhere. Point clouds come in E57 or RCP.
By interior square footage, the sheets you need and the model level. You receive a fixed number before we visit. It does not change after the scan.
