Privacy Policy

This page explains what Everscan does with the information you send through this website. It covers the quote form, the analytics on the site and the contact details published here.

What we collect through the quote form

Only what you type into it: your name, the company name if you give one, your email address, your phone number, the property address, the approximate square footage, the project location and what you need. Nothing else is required to prepare a quote.

How we use it

• To prepare and send your quote and to agree a scan date.
• To contact you about that request, by email, phone or WhatsApp, whichever you used.
• To deliver the files and to answer questions about them afterwards.

We do not use the form data for marketing lists and we do not sell it.

Sharing

Your details stay with Everscan and the service providers listed below. Beyond them, they are shared only where a project makes it necessary — for example, with a building manager who has to register a vendor for the scan visit — and only to the extent needed for that step.

Service providers

We use a few service providers to run this website: a hosting provider and an email delivery service that passes your request to us. They process your details only to provide these services.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to count visits and see which pages and contact buttons are used. It sets cookies and sends Google data such as the pages viewed, device type and approximate location. What you type into the quote form is not sent to analytics.

Spam protection

When you send the form, we use your IP address to limit repeated submissions.

Retention

Requests that do not become projects are kept for as long as it is reasonable to follow up, then deleted. Project files and the correspondence about them are kept while the project is live and for a period afterwards, so that a client can ask for a file again.

Drawings and images on this site

Sheets and project images published here come from delivered projects. They are cropped or selected so that no street address, client name or title block is visible, and file names carry no address fragments.
